Gift Aid

Gift Aid works by allowing Depaul UK to take your donation and reclaim the tax you have already paid. In practice, this means that for every pound donated to Depaul UK we can claim an additional 25 pence from HMRC.
If you do not pay tax, you should not use Gift Aid.

How to Gift Aid
Gift Aid can apply to one-off donations or to a series of regular donations. In order for your donation to qualify under Gift Aid you need to make a declaration confirming that you pay Income and/or Capital Gains Tax and stating that you would like to donate through the Gift Aid scheme.
To qualify you must have paid an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that you donate to will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.
You can make your Gift Aid Declarationthrough our online Gift Aid form hereor by downloading, completing and returning thePDF Gift Aid form hereor calling Silvie on 020 7939 1278 to make an oral declaration.
